Stefaan Diels

Stefaan Diels (Antwerp, 1980) has been an attorney since 2004.

He practices in all aspects of human resources law and is particularly specialized in the negotiation of employment and consultancy contract, individual and mass redundancies, restructurings, providing support for companies in the context of social conflicts and litigation. He also developed expertise on employment in the public sector.

He has a law degree from the University of Antwerp (2003 – cum laude) and a Master in European social security from the University of Leuven (2004).

His working languages are Dutch, French and English.

Stefaan gained experience in various law firms, such as at the international firm Taylor Wessing from 2007 to 2011 and at the international firm Altius from 2011 to 2013 where he was a member of the human resources law team. He joined Reliance Littler in November 2013. Since 2023, he contributes to the success of Reliance Littler as partner.
